Registration and fee details :

Payment of registration fee is a prerequisite for attending the forum. Category-wise registration fee are as following

How to Register

  1. Step 1: Create an account on the 14AFAF Website.
  2. Step 2: Log in with the User ID and Password received by registered email.
  3. Step 3: Pay the registration fee via UPI/SWIFT/RTGS/NEFT/IMPS (details below)
  4. Step 4: Record the transaction reference number.
  5. Step 5: Go to 14AFAF Registration page and submit your registration with bank transfer details.
  6. Step 6: You will receive the receipt of registration by mail. Confirmation of registration will be intimated after checking the receipt of registration fee.


How to Pay Registration Fee

Delegates may use any of the following methods to transfer their registration fees.

Important Information for the Delegates

  • Participation in the 14AFAF and presentation of papers in the conference is restricted to only the registered participants.
  • Remittance of the registration fee is a pre-requisite for completing the registration process.
  • Abstracts can be submitted before the payment of registration fee and registration.
  • Only after receiving the requisite registration fee, on or before 30TH SEPTEMBER 2024, your abstract will be included in the book of abstracts, and you will be able to participate in the Congress.
  • AFS EC Members, Keynote Speakers, and Plenary/Invited Lead Speakers are EXEMPTED from the registration fee.
  • The registration fee DOES NOT COVER accommodation. Check the "Information for Delegates" section on the website for hotels offering special rates.
  • If you choose the AFS member fee, ensure your membership is active UNTIL February 30, 2025. Enter your AFS membership number during registration.
  • Registration with an expired membership or without being an AFS member may lead to cancellation without refund.
  • If you register as STUDENT, you will be asked to submit proof of student status (Student Identification Card with the academic year, Letter from Supervisor, Registration Certificate) before confirming your registration.
